Geospatial Query Data When you submit area-of-interest queries, satellite tasking requests, or analytics searches, we process the geographic coordinates and parameters you provide in order to fulfill your request. This data may be retained to improve our AI models and detection accuracy.

Communications If you contact us via email, support channels, or forms on our website, we retain those communications for support and quality purposes.

Service Providers We engage trusted third-party vendors to operate parts of our infrastructure, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics tooling. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.

Satellite Data Providers To fulfill satellite tasking and archive requests, we transmit area-of-interest coordinates to our satellite operator partners. No personal identifying information is shared with satellite operators beyond what is technically necessary to fulfill the order.

Legal Requirements We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform prior to any such transfer.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Geospatial query data and analytics results are retained for 24 months by default to support your workflow and historical comparisons.
